Mood2Snap is a private daily mood journal. Your entries are visible only to you. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the controls you have.
Account details: your name and email address, used to create and secure your account.
Journal content: the moods, notes, photos, videos, and voice notes you choose to record. All of this is optional — you can log a mood with nothing else attached.
Usage basics: anonymous analytics about how the app is used (such as which screens are visited), which never include your journal content.
Your journal content is used to show your own history, streaks, and insights. Nothing you write is shared with other users or used for advertising.
Photos and videos you attach are uploaded so you can view them in your entries.
When you record a voice note, it is transcribed so the text can be added to your entry.
If you have several tough days in a row, the app may generate a gentle, supportive message based on those entries. This is shown only to you.
Your data is stored securely and is isolated per account — other users cannot see or modify it.
Photos and videos are uploaded to private storage accessible only through your account.
You can edit or delete any individual journal entry at any time.
You can export your entries to a CSV file from the History screen.
You can delete your entire account — including all entries, media, and personal details — from the app menu at any time. Deletion is permanent.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
